In the initial consultation session, Emily questioned me about what I wanted to achieve from the sessions and assessed my fitness level so that she could design the optimum program for me. I have been having 2 or 3 sessions per week which can be either inside or outside and involve a range of exercises. I prefer to go for a run and to combine this with some abdominal and upper body strength work.
