I offer a free, no obligation consultation, which allows me to discuss your health goals and to go through your medical and health background. This will allow you to find out more about me and what I have to offer. During the consultation, I measure weight, body fat, lean body mass, waist circumference and blood pressure. If then at the end we are both happy, then I will write a programme specifically for you. The measurements will be repeated during the appropriate stages throughout your personal training programme in order to make sure that you are on the right track to achieving your health and fitness goals.
I will then come to the comfort of your own home and bring a wide range of mobile equipment to make your sessions variable, enjoyable and challenging. These include, dumbbells, skipping ropes, Reebok deck, resistance bands, hook and jab pads to name but a few! Training may also take place outdoors in a local park or along the seafront where power walking, jogging or running is maybe required as part of an individual's training programme (depending on the British weather of course!). It is my passion that you reach your health and fitness goals in the best possible way. I will give you all the encouragement, support, motivation and information that you need to reach them.

Nutrition is a key factor in order to improve your overall health. I don’t believe in the so called crash and faddy diets. I believe that eating a nutritional balanced diet; will make you feel more energised whilst losing weight or just maintaining a healthy weight without feeling deprived of food. I will be able to help by assessing your dietary habits by giving you a food diary to complete. The more truthful you are, the more that I can help you! I will then be able to analyse the food diary for that period of time. I can see which foods are needed for you to lose weight, maintain weight or foods you need to eat for your specific chosen sport. I also take into account your likes or dislikes. So it is not just salad!!!
Additionally, I give you food plans and tasty recipes for you to follow. So that all you have to do is read and prepare what you are going to eat for that day or the week ahead. So simple!
