It’s that time of day when you have one of those sugary cravings and you go and hit the cupboard full of sweets and chocolate. Why not try and go for a 15 minute walk which can help to diminish the cravings of chocolate. A study by Taylor AH and Oliver AJ (2008) from the University of Exeter investigated, 25 regular chocolate consumers who were asked to abstain eating chocolate for three days. Then they were assigned to a 15 minute walk or rest.  The results concluded that those who completed a 15 minute walk reported lower cravings than those who rested. Cravings were also reduced for at least ten minutes after the 15 minute walk.
